Malcolm Campbell obtained a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws from the University of Tasmania and was admitted to practice in Tasmania in 1995 and then in Victoria in 1996. He joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 2004.
Malcolm was appointed a Senior Associate with Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 2008 and became a Director in 2013. Malcolm became a Law Institute Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates in 2010. For many years Malcolm has been leading the Will & Estates division team and works towards always meeting client expectations.
Adrian was admitted to practice in 2001 after completing a Bachelor of Arts/ Laws (Honours) degree at ANU and joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 2012 as a Senior Associate. In 2014 Adrian became an Accredited Specialist in Business Law. Recently Adrian has started leading the Business, Commercial and Financial Services Division and works with standards to always meet client’s expectations.
Adrian advises accountants and financial service professionals (and their clients) on business sales, client list transfers, succession planning, business partnering arrangements and company restructures.
Frank joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 1969 and was appointed a Partner in 1973. From 1988 until 2017 was the Chairman of the Board.
In 1996 he received a Certificate of Service in recognition of his significant contribution to the Law Institute of Victoria and the Legal Profession.
Since 1981 Frank has been Leader of our Property Division specialising in Property Development transactions, supervising residential conveyancing, and resolving complex conveyancing and mortgage practice legal issues. He has been recognised as an expert witness in these fields.
Mark was admitted to practice in 1995 after completing a Law degree at Melbourne University and joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 1998. In 2005 Mark was appointed Director and in 2010 became head of our Litigation Division and has since led the team to meet client’s expectations.
Early advice from Mark will protect you from ongoing exposure to liability, result in a faster resolution and ultimately it is his intention to keep the costs and inconvenience to a minimum while achieving the results you expect.
