Malcolm Campbell obtained a Combined Bachelor of Arts and Laws from the University of Tasmania and was admitted to practice in Tasmania in 1995 and then in Victoria in 1996. He joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 2004.
Malcolm was appointed a Senior Associate with Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 2008 and became a Director in 2013. Malcolm became a Law Institute Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates in 2010.

The Best Experience I had for a client was when a lady came to see me after her husband had died. The house and bank accounts with a small amount of money in them were jointly owned so they automatically went to her by survivorship. The husband’s only asset was a car worth a couple of thousand dollars if that. However the husband had without his wife’s knowledge racked up about $115,000.00 in Credit Card debt on 10 Credit Cards. After negotiating with the Banks and Credit Card companies I was able to have all the debts written off and the only bill the lady had to pay was our bill.
