Mark Schofield

Mark was admitted to practice in 1995 after completing a Law degree at Melbourne University and joined Nicholas O’Donohue & Co in 1998. In 2005 Mark was appointed Director and in 2010 became head of our Litigation Division and has since led the team to meet client’s expectations.

Mark’s areas of practice are divided between civil and criminal law to include: 

  • Equity & Trusts including breaches of fiduciary duty and misuse of confidential information and estate litigation; 
  • Property disputes involving contracts of sale and caveats 
  • Employment Law 
  • Professional negligence claims 
  • Defamation
  • Insolvency, Liquidation and contractual debt recovery 
  • Civil and contractual breaches requiring interpretation and Court intervention for compliance 
  • Protection of Assets and Intellectual Property 
  • Personal Injuries & Product Liability Claims 
  • Occupational Health & Safety 
  • White Collar Crime 
  • Corporate/director breaches due to strict statutory liability
